·We grant a reduction for children if they are accommodated in a room with two persons who pay the full price.
·If the stay is less than 3 days we raise the price by 20%
·The extra charge for a single room lays between 10,00 and 15,00 Euro according to the type of the room
·For booking with breakfast 5, 00 Euro will be told from the price.
·There isn`t a reduction for a not taken meal
·The rooms can be occupied from 2.00 pm and we please you to quit the room until 10:00 am.
·For dogs we calculate 10, 00 Euro for day without boaring. We beg you to understand that the dogs can`t be taken into the dining-hall. Basket and cover are desired! We reserve the night to take into account 30,00 Euro for a possible final cleaning.
·We like to fulfill wishes for rooms but we can`t guarantee fixed of rooms.
·In case of early depute we calculate 70% of the booked rooms
·According to the Italian law it`s forbidden to smoke in the rooms and the dining-hall, for the smoker we have a smoking-room.
·We like to go to meet the traveler by train at the station and for the duty we like to pick you up at the station of Brenner or the airfield at Innsbruck or Bozen

·We lend bathing-gowns, the costs are 5,00 Euro
